Description

Rivo Poster No. 1 | An original Rivo poster, printed large across the back.

The artwork is a still life in the style of 1930s Italian advertising — a Negroni on white linen, a dish of olives, a folded newspaper, hard afternoon light cutting a diagonal across a deep navy ground. It's drawn in the tradition of Marcello Nizzoli and the Milanese poster school, but it advertises nothing that exists. Made for people who take the six o'clock hour seriously. Slow lunches, warm evenings, a bitter drink with an orange wheel. Wear it to a bar, wear it to the coast, wear it while you make one at home.

Front carries a small Rivo wordmark at the left chest. Back carries the full poster.

Care

You may notice a vinegar-like scent when you receive your tee. This is normal and will go away after the first wash.

To wash:
Machine-wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle
Use mild detergent
Chlorine bleach is okay in small amounts (non-chlorine is better)
If you see color residue: Rinse in lukewarm water, then cold water several times - don’t rub the embroidery.

To dry:
Avoid soaking or piling while wet
Don’t wring out the fabric
Use a cool air tumble-dry setting

To iron:
Iron inside-out, ideally between two cloths
